[ILQSO] Advice Please

The officials of the contest will probably chime in on this, but here is my
recollection of the rules.
Get as close as you safely can to the location of the county line and
operate. The antenna does not have to physically be on the exact
line. Just be close and smart about it
The exchange would be N9UM de N8XX 59 ford/iroqouis. One exchange but you
must give both counties in the exchange.
As for the police, it will vary from place to place. Once again, be smart
about your location and be aware of private property and dont park on the
side of the road. find a safe place.
