[ILQSO] ILQSO seminar at Quincy Hamfest

There will be a SHORT informal seminar about the Illinois QSO Party at
the Western Illinois Swapfest on August 5th.  It should start at 9:30
and shouldn't last 30 minutes.  I believe it will be a mostly Q&A
format.  Everyone is invited.

The WIARC Swapfest will be held from 7:00 AM until 1:00 PM Saturday
August 5th at the Eagles Alps, 3737 N. 5th street, Quincy IL.  Talk-in
will be on 147.63/.03 (PL 103.5)
