[ILQSO] Logging software and County Line stations

Hi Paul,
 
I wrote the ILQP module for WriteLog.  It does 
not do what you describe, but it might be 
interesting to add this functionality.  Do you 
have a short list of which counties border which?
It might turn out to be too complicated but its 
worth a look...
