John, propagation was poor this year. I kinda like the new times,  
alot...When the sunspots come back, the noon start should allow us to catch a  few 
Europeans on 10, & for sure 15. I think it worked out well for us in  state, especia
lly the mobiles & portables.
 
As far as the 8-county mults, I am SO glad that is gone. Might be wise to  
allow it for out of state stations though.
