If you logged on paper but want to make lifer easier for us (you do, 
right?) you can enter the log into Excel with columns for your call, 
your QTH, band, mode, time, station worked and exchange received. The 
same fields may be created in Notepad.  Of course, if you logged on a 
computer, you SHOULD submit the log electronically!
