[ILQSO] Logging programs

Those using N3FJP's logging program for state QSO parties might check
and be sure the program credits multiple-county QSOs correctly. I have
found at least one log using version 1.5 where only one county is
credited for each multi-county contact.  This might just have been due
to cockpit error on the part of the operator, but you should check your
version!!!
