[ILQSO] SPOT THE MOBILES!

If I hear a mobile during a contest, I'll spot it ON THE DX 
CLUSTER.  Not everyone has access to the county hunter spots.  I will 
NOT spot fixed stations, just mobiles, since they're the ones that 
are "out there" for the purpose of the contest.

On the CH cluster, anything goes AFAIC.
