Like Mel said earlier, SPOT THE MOBILES.  With 40-some counties being
activated by mobiles only, the chances of working any of those counties
is very slim, both due to the small amount of time they can spend in a
county and their lack of a decent antenna.  Spotting the mobiles will
greatly increase the activity.

Also, if there are changes on the fly (which we all know will happen),
it helps to spread the word so the mobiles can be easier to find.  These
guys are going WAAAYYYY out of their way to do this for us, we can help
return the favor by trying our best to keep them busy working stations
every minute there are on the road.
