[ILQSO] Possible IL Mobile

I have never mobiled for a qso party but I have  county line set (X2)
and enjoyed it
till the cops showed up.
I have considered mobiling to some of the counties not active to help
cover the state.
My hats off to the guys that can solo mobile.

I am in.
      It is like a mini DXpedition or FD.
