[ILQSO] Island portable?

OK, I remember the difference now. So would that be ok with the committee,
for the US Island number to be given at the same time or would that confuse
people to much? Or even be a rules violation as I would not be sitting on a
county line. It may get some more people interested in the contest if I
announce it on the US islands site that I will be working it on that date.
