*If* electronic logs are accepted for the ILQP, should those logs be
subjected to closer scrutiny than the paper logs?

If tools are available to closely check electronic logs for busted callsigns
and exchanges, should this be done?  What penalties should be assessed?

Why or why not?

Should electronic logs be required if computer logging is used (as ARRL
requires)?
