[ILQSO] 2003 IL QSO Party Announcement

The 2003 IL QSO Party rules and summary sheet have been posted at the 
RAMS website: http://my.core.com/~jematz/rams.html  Rules are the 
same as last year.

*PLEASE* use the "official" summary sheet. It greatly simplifies 
things for you AND the ILQP committee when tallying the scores!

This year we will accept electronic logs from DX stations ONLY. This 
is being done to save the cost of expensive air mail postage. See the 
rules sheet for the email address. Unfortunately we are not able to 
accept electronic logs from W/VE contestants. The log checkers 
ultimately need hard copies to work with, and we call upon the 
contestants to provide a complete and legible printed log containing 
the information set forth in the rules.

The map of planned county activity will be posted within the next week.
