The incentive is that you have a pileup in each of those seven counties (in 
addition to K9ZO) while Ralph is trying to find somebody he hasn't already 
worked.

Beyond that, think of it as your fifteen minutes of fame :) 

Besides, we mobiles got to look at all the pretty scenery. I'll bet it would 
have been the pits to stare at a shack wall all afternoon on Sunday.
