[ILQSO] K9JS/m Score & Thoughts (sort of long and rambling)

So if I work 1 contact (K9ZO in Mclean) from the 7 counties I work from, I
get 21 points? 7 qso points * 3 mults (IL, Cty and W/K) and he gets 63
points? 7 * 9 mults? (IL, 7 Ctys and W/K) Where is my incentive to mobile
around the state then? 

I have no idea to score this - Steve how does your module score it?

Is that the way it works?  I thought you only
count mults once overall -- not per county you
operate from.  The summary sheet shows one line
to list the # of IL counties - "max 102" - it
doesn't say "max 102 unless you're mobile". If 
I'm wrong then I submitted the wrong score for 
last year when I operated from 16 or 17 counties. :)
