AN HOUR EARLIER WOULD BE OK WITH ME; MUCH MORE THAN THAT IS GOING TO

SOME STATE PARTIES SIMPLY GIVE MORE POINTS FOR MOBILE CONTACTS (FROM THE 
OTHER STATION'S END).  I'M NOT SURE WE NEED THIS YET, AS MY GUESS IS A LOT 
OF OUT-OF-STATE STATIONS WORK PRIMARILY MOBILES ANYHOW.
