Yes, an Excel spreadsheet will be OK. I don't know what format we'll be

SOME STATE PARTIES SIMPLY GIVE MORE POINTS FOR MOBILE CONTACTS (FROM THE
OTHER STATION'S END). I'M NOT SURE WE NEED THIS YET, AS MY GUESS IS A LOT
OF OUT-OF-STATE STATIONS WORK PRIMARILY MOBILES ANYHOW.
