[ILQSO] ILQP and ARES Drill

Hello Everybody,

Didn't get the time to operate like I planned... even traded shift days to 
be off for the contest..  turned out we were short of help for a Public 
Service Event, then found out Friday there was going to be a State-wide ARES 
drill at 4:30PM..    I don't think the people who planned it, realized it 
was the same day as our ILQP, but that didn't make it any easier..  

I would like to suggest that we contact our local EC, DEC or SEC and suggest 
they take our event into consideration the next time they plan a drill..

I fully believe in the value of drills, but don't do it in the middle of the 
ILQP !!

Whew.. nuff said..   Oh, I did enjoy the 29 contacts I made, so thanks to 
the RAMS people and to all of you who helped make this event such a pleasure 
to operate.
