List yourself as either.  You are not a "county-line-portable", technically,
yet you are "portable", as in "temporary antennas".

The distinction will be important only if you are in the running for an
award in one class or the other, and I'm sure RAMS will consider all the
factors and "do the right thing".  The important thing for you at the moment
is to make a lot of contacts and have a great time!!

Heck, maybe you'll start a trend and there will be another category for
"County Expedition" next year (like in California)??
