[ILQSO] confusion

OK I have been told that since I am not sitting on a county line that I
should be classed as fixed. Yet I am shown as portable on the county map. Is
this just to shown I am not at home? Do I still need to turn in scores as
fixed and not portable? I have no problems with being either but do want to
turn in the scores right. Hope to work a lot of counties and have some fun.

By the way, it is now a three operator effort with the addition of KB9SKP,
Ted. Still using my call of WW9CW.
