[ILQSO] APRS and ILQSO

Danny,

When the issue of "spotting" mobiles on packet came up last year, the 
general feeling seemed to be:
- spotting of mobiles by home stations was OK
- self-spotting was frowned upon

I don't know much about APRS, but in the context of a QSO party it 
sounds like self-spotting to me. Perhaps it's better just not to do 
it?
