[ILQSO] KF9D/mobile Route

Greetings, KF9D and W9HB plan to operate KF9D/m in the IQP beginning on the 
St. Clair, Washington, and Randolph corner.  The plan is to follow this with 
Perry, Jackson, Union, Alexander, Pulaski, Massac, Johnson, Williamson, 
Franklin, Jefferson, Marion, and finish on Clinton, Bond, and Madison corner. 
 Hopefully these will be desirable counties for everyone. 

If the route plans change, I will advise as the time gets closer.
