[ILQSO] County Lines

I'd rather see more mobile stations than those
portable/fixed 2/3/4 county line setups.  As
we all know, most state qso parties don't allow
county-line contacts.  I think ILQP is in the
"right" to allow them... i just wish i could say
they were all legitimate.  Like N4RS mentioned,
for us county hunters, close doesn't count!  

However, i do know this contest is not put on
for the benefit of county hunters alone, so 
we'll just live by the ILQP rules and enjoy
the contest!  At least that's my plan!
