Hi Joe and group,

My vote is that "within 100 yards" is close enough for this contest ...
especially if closer means going out on the river.  The river bank seems
close enough.  I know the county hunters won't like us ... "you're either in
one county or the other.  No county line sitting."  Well, we've allowed
county line sitting in the past in this contest, and often the rig, coax,
antenna, and ground have been spread over 2, 3, or 4 counties in the past
too ... but not always.  If we don't say "close enough" here, then we must
insist that the gear must extend over the county lines ... always.

Enough.  What do you think?
