Hi all,

Wanting to cover some unknowns to me, so more questions If I may:

My understanding is Ham ops are allowed headset operations while mobile in
motion in Illinois as long as it is only 1 ear covered, am I wrong? Want to
make sure I am covered in case I get pulled over by County/Local police on
my route. Any info/advice? 

Not having the time to drive the route I have (and continue to) sort of
mapped out, I am just planning on finding sufficiently safe places to park
and operate within counties, any horror stories/things I should avoid out
there? 

Figure I will try and op CW while parked, (look for my blazing 14 WPM CQ's
somewhere around *.060) and SSB while mobiling to the next county, though
depending on how things are working out may split parked time 50/50 on each
mode. 

Appreciate the bandwidth. 5 Days and counting...
