Jim,

The announcement containing the 4-letter abbreviations has already 
been sent to QST, CQ, and Worldradio, although QST and CQ don't 
actually print the list of counties. I don't know about Worldradio.

The announcement hasn't been sent to the mailing list yet.

Send me your proposed list and I'll see what can be done.
