Hey gang, it's time to get fired up about the 2002 Illinois QSO Party.  Less
than 3 months to go!

Who's going mobile this year, who's going portable, who has a new antenna
and is determined to make sure no one in the contest misses "....." county?

Faithful driver KB9JIZ and I will be mobile in the southern counties again.

My proposal for this year is to standardize a list of 3-letter abbreviations
for the Illinois counties to simplify working with the major logging
programs.  I will be glad to submit a proposed list.  Whatchathink, RAMS
guys?
