[HealthyHams] Recipe

Here's that recipe again.  I'll just make sure I leave off any fancy
backgrounds.
 
Beef-Vegetable Casserole




1 lb extra-lean ground beef (but I use ground turkey)
1 medium-sized onion, chopped
½ cup celery, chopped
2 ½ cups canned stewed tomatoes, slightly mashed
(I used diced tomatoes)
1 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar (I use Splenda)
¼ - ½ tsp black pepper


Saute' meat, onion and celery in nonstick skillet until meat is browned.
Pour into slow cooker.
Top with layers of cabbage, tomatoes, flour, salt, sugar and pepper.
Cover. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or 6-7 on low.


140 calories 5 total fat and 2 g fiber but I think it's less than that if
you use the Turkey and substitute sugar.
