[ILHam] Changing Thursday Exam Session Date For May

Turns out that holding an exam session the day
before the Dayton Hamvention isn't a good idea.
We've decided to move our exam session
scheduled for Thursday, 4/13/2010, to Thursday,
4/20/2010.  The date of all other exam sessions
we have scheduled remains the same.  Just the
exam session in May is changing date.  All other
information about the exam session other than
the date also remains the same.  See below.
