[ILHam] Illinois QSO Party

The Illinois QSO Party will be happening this Sunday, October 21 from
12:00 noon until 8:00 PM local time. There is a lot of planned activity
and we currently have a good chance all 102 counties being activated
again this year.

This is also a good chance to brush up on your emergency field setups or
just make a few casual QSO from home. There are about a dozen mobiles
and rovers that have posted plans and a large number of county
line/portable stations setting up Field Day style.
