[ILHam] Field Day Reports, Please

Dear Cook County ARES Members and Friends:

I hope everyone had a fun, successful, and safe
Field Day 2006!

I had the opportunity to visit a bunch of Field
Day operations this year.  It was great to visit
with old friends, meet new ones, and see some
great Field Day setups!  It was especially fun to
see the diversity in approaches; every Field Day
site is different, and people used some innovative
approaches to adapt to their environment.

If your Field Day operation took place in Cook
County, or your group resides in Cook County (even
if your Field Day site was elsewhere), I would
appreciate an opportunity to include information
about your Field Day in our monthly report.

In particular, I'm looking for 4 pieces of
information:

  a) the name of your group (or your name if you ran
     a solo Field Day);
  b) the location of your Field Day;
  c) the number of participants; and
  d) the total number of hours worked by participants
     throughout the event (including any time spent
     in set-up, planning, or preparation for Field Day
     during the month of June).

If you don't have exact numbers, an estimate will
do.

I'd appreciate this information ASAP, so I can
include it in the report for June.  For those in
other counties, please check with your ECs--they
probably need this information for their monthly
reports also.
