Whoops, the League has indeed already updated their pages to reflect the 
subband changes. Those went into effect on Dec. 15, where I mistakenly 
thought they were effective tomorrow.

So all you have to do, Dan, is look at the ARRL website, and check the 
Tech Plus privileges. When the report and order takes effect, all tech 
licensees will have the same privileges as Tech Plus now have.
