[ILHam] Messages posted too late

Greetings:
I seem to be having difficulty with the ilham mail list.   I observe that 
messages for a given day are sent to me between midnight and 4:00 am the day 
after.   The most recent example is the Cook County ARES Net announcement for 
Wednesday, July 28 at 9:00 pm was actually sent out by ILHAM mailman at 3:02 am on 
July 29th.   I would appreciate it if the list manager would look into the 
posting time and sending time issues and inform the list of the results.
