[ILHam] Skywarn Appreciation Day

                Skywarn Appreciation Day coming up soon. (where has the
year gone?)    Stations from NWS Offices will start at 6:00 PM Friday Dec
5 (0000Z 6 Dec) and run until  6:00 PM Saturday.    For those in N ILL
and NW IND, if you are interested in joining us in operating from the
Chicago Weather Service Office at Romeoville let me know. 
(kf9nz@arrl.net )   We will have several operating positions for you to
sit in.  There will be an open house for hams from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Saturday if you just want to drop in.
  There will be letters going out from the NWS Office to Clubs in the
area with more info.   Anybody have any info on  Lincoln and  Quads
offices?
