[ICOM] ICOM 746 PRO no transmit

Looking for a place or person that may be able to fix ICOM 746 pro.
 
Unit transmit light goes on but no RF output.  What I find on the internet is it is  common problem.  Receives on all bands and modes.
 
Tried SAR a ICOM repair center I guess in Michigan and they said no parts available, cannot fix, the IC's, etc no longer available.
 
Can any one suggest a place for repair.  I would hate to dump the 746PRO in the recycle bin.
 
By the way I'm in the upper mid west, so something near Chicagoland would be great.
