Should be wired to the battery posts thru an inline fuse. Eliminates need to activate ignition for radio operation.Your fortunate it hasn't been damaged with your current set-up.....NE2Q

Sometimes when I crank it auto powers up and sometimes I have to push power button. On radio's of the past, there  was an ignition sense wire but no ext connections I see on this rig.  Is there a way to insure it powers on each time I crank my truck??
