[ICOM] ic7300 ATU

yes ext atu was in bypass setting when trying to get the ic7300 to tune.

this appears to happen what ever band I try. MY current antennas are a 
40M loop and 30M loop

neither matched  just cut to approx freq and fed with 50 ohm coax. ext 
atu is a MFJ Differential tuner.

My current procedure is to tune the ic7300 then switch in the ext atu 
and tune down to 1 to 1

always done at low power 20 to 30 w but was hoping to do without the ext atu
