[ICOM] IC-271A Problem

And obviously there are other possibilities, like failed caps on the
logic board, but the RAM board tops the list and it is the one where you
can just order the part with the not "For a IC-271" to have it
pre-jumpered for 271 use and unplug/plugin (remote top case, remote
bottom case, unsocket old board, carfully aling and socket new board,
reassemble, done).
