Subject: Icom IC-2350 Dual Band - will it do both sides on VHF

 

Just came into an Icom IC-2350 and cannot figure how to get it into VHF mode
on both sides.  One side dedicated to UHF in this area is a waste.

 

Looks like the memory is divided with the same memory addresses having
different contents between the two sides.  As an example memory 22 on the
left side has one frequency and memory location 22 tuned on the right side
is different.  Indicating there are totally separate memory allocations for
each side.  The manual is a challenge.

 

Can the right side be switched to VHF and it's memory be loaded with VHF
frequencies?
