Hoping someone can help with this.
I did find out the problem with the chattering relay. It is the relay
itself. Does not seem to be constructed as well as it could be, the
plastic
components that hold the contact arms in place seems to have deteriorated.
There is a cross bar across the top as well as one down the side. The one
down the side seem to be the issue as it allows the contacts to "float"
when
pulled down and prevents solid pressure on the opposing contact.
I have tweaked the position as much as possible, but it will only be
temporary. The question is, does anyone know where the relay can be
purchased?
The only markings are the name, Neutral, then AC100. It has an unusual
pin-out that does not follow anything I have been able to find.
Worst case would be to wire in a standard relay, but due to space
limitations, would be nice to get one that fits properly.

Thanks again for any responses!
PS- Does anyone have an ICOM UT66 voice module willing to sell?
