[ICOM] ICOM IC2KL PS question

Page 4 of the Icom 2KL manual, I downloaded it,  shows moving the metal 
jumpers.  You move those only so far as I remember and not touch the 
transformer wiring.
The manual is confusing as I remember.
Is has been 15 years since i worked at Icom doing telephone and email 
product support....Kuni used to do most of the 2 KL service but he retired.
Scott Malcom, of Malcom Technical Support,  might also know.

This information is given freely as I am not interested in paying for a 
transformer.
I hope Other owners who have one, I don't,  will likely chime in too.
