[ICOM] ICOM IC2KL PS question

I have an IC2KL with matching PSU. Wiring it up for 220V, the owners manual
is not a lot of help, other than the jumpers.
The manual shows that 1 of the pair of transformers has an orange wire going
to 0V, and a blue to 117V (Call this transformer A)
On B, there are 2 blue wires and an orange. The orange goes to 0V marking,
with the blue wire from the jumper going to 117V. There is another
blue wire connected to the 100V mark. When wired for 100 or 200V, the
manual seems to indicate that there should be blue wires connected to 0V and
100V. For 220, it appears that there is a blue to 0 and one to 117V, with
the orange moved to 100V. Since it is not in color, cannot be positive.
The actual issue is that when wired up (left wires as it came from the
factory for 235V), the main relay that is switched on by the switch on the
amp (RL1) begins to chatter and arc inside. It does not do this when wired
for 117V. The PSU seem to power the amp, but this activity cannot be good.
So, question is this- does anyone know for sure how this PSU should be wired
for US 220-240 V?
One other minor thing- Does any one have a working Icom UT-66 speech
module?
Thanks in advance
