[ICOM] IC-761 CIV interface

Hi I've run digi modes on my icom 761 with both the audio / ptt and CAT interfaces.    

The CAT interface provides band and frequency data (sorry I don't recall for certain if the mode info is provided but I believe it is.) The info provided by others would have more details.

It is nice to have the WSJT software I use set the band and frequency for me.  It also nice to have access to the sharper frequency resolution provided by CAT vs the display.
