[ICOM] Icom 756 light bulb flickering at the Power/swr meter

Meter the voltage at the radio. You probably have
it varying when key down. Maybe a defective fuse
or wrong size wiring or bad connector terminal.
Fix that voltage drop and your light will
probably be OK (or maybe just ignore the flicker?)
If the PS voltage is constant when keydown, meter
the wiring run by pieces (across the fuse/from
PSA to fuse/from fuse to radio/etc) to get a good
fix on where the problem lies.
