[ICOM] Icom 756 light bulb flickering at the Power/swr meter

i have a plane IC-756 , non pro model,  this radio is new to me had just got it.  was working fine.   it does work ok , power out and listening is fine just the light system for the meter is making me worry.  whats the hech going on 
i replaced the two coin type battery inside the radio.  a week after getting the radio 
  
Now i am having the Light in the Power out put . SWR meter  flickering on and off.   
changed power supply's no changed 
took case apart to look for pinched wires ,   Noting there 
  
i can not see the light bulb, with just the case covers off.  not sure whats going on our how to get to the light bulb 
  
any ideas ?
