While my 756PRO was in the shop getting the tuner fixed, I asked if the 60-meter mod could be done too,
but the tech recommended against it so I didn't have it done.

I just opened up my transmit on my Canadian Pro III and use it without
problems on 60m.

I wasn't born in Saskatchewan, but I got here as soon as I could.

I wouldn't try 60 meters at all unless the rig had it originally and that
goes for the PRO3 , don't
attempt it unless you use 50 watt output or less. Anything higher power will
burn up components
in the low pass filter of the PA.
The PRO3 should be good all modes and if yours is not working right try a
full CPU reset to get
all modes back.

Is there a way to add CW / RTTY and the new channels to an original 756
Pro iii. Mine only works on SSB.

Thanks,
