[ICOM] 60 m on 756 Pro iii

Hi Bruce,
The Pro III has five SSB "channels" on 60m. That's how it came.
(Actually, the FCC change some of the freqs afterwards). I've used them
with success. BUT - no CW or RTTY was originally included.
