[ICOM] Icom 775 DSP audio

Yes, squelch is full CCW, all audio settings are where they should be.  When 
the volume is turned up, it is only effective 1/2 way, then stops doing 
anything.  That and there is a persistent tone in the background that gets 
real loud the more the RF gain is turned down.  Have reset the unit, taken 
the DSP out of line, no change.  In all cases, the audio is distorted.
