[ICOM] Testing CI-V port

Hi Gary,

I keep everything separate, with two Icom rigs and two different Rigblaster
Pros. I've considered the possibility that a Rigblaster is bad, so I plugged
the second one in its place. Still nothing. Can't imagine they'd both be
bad, especially since one has been in a box the past month.

Still working it. I'll figure it out eventually.

Remember it you are looking for the software to report what the radio is
doing, generally the transceive needs to be enabled in the CI-V settings. If
not enabled the radio will send nothing out. In a multiple Icom station such
as yours, Pro 2 & 3 it is likely you might have both radios connected to
maybe a CT-17 or like device. Having transceive on will cause one radio to
follow the other in frequency and mode so many operators turn that
capability off for that reason, then without the software polling the radio
you get no report.
