[ICOM] Testing CI-V port

Remember it you are looking for the software to report what the radio is doing, generally the transceive needs to be enabled in the CI-V settings. If not enabled the radio will send nothing out. In a multiple Icom station such as yours, Pro 2 & 3 it is likely you might have both radios connected to maybe a CT-17 or like device. Having transceive on will cause one radio to follow the other in frequency and mode so many operators turn that capability off for that reason, then without the software polling the radio you get no report.
