[ICOM] Wave Files not keying IC746 VOX

Hello Vlad and others,

Got it working.  My error was having two com ports set up - one for the
radio freq., mode, etc and the other for digital (FSK).  On the second com
port had DTR=AlwaysOff.  Changed the second com port to DTR=PTT and now the
radio PTT is turned on/off by the computer.

Now to take a screen shot of the "Configurer" screen for future reference.
