[ICOM] Wave Files not keying IC746 VOX

Hi

The 746 manual clearly suggests PTT is required when going in through the back. 

The description for AMTOR/PACKET above the pin out diagram shows PTT going from the computer to Pin 3 or Hsend. 

It also specifies an impedance of 10k ohm on Pin 4, versus 600 ohms on the mic connector, which suggests Pin 4 is downstream of the mic amp.
